This website is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to Tennis Australia and Member Associations employees, contractors and other members of the workforce to enable the reporting of allegations of bullying or harassment against a member of the Tennis Australia and Member Associations (hereafter collectively referred to as “Tennis”) workforce. Further information on the sorts of matters that should be reported and the ways that they can be reported are found throughout this site. We encourage you to explore this site, where you will find access to the Tennis Code of Conduct and other related policies and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Speak Out service provided to Tennis by Stopline and how it works.

Maintaining our commitment to Tennis being a workplace free from bullying and harassment is an important step in working towards achieving our vision, mission and business objectives. At Tennis you are empowered to play an active role in the elimination of improper conduct in the workplace.

Tennis’s Grievance Resolution process now provides access to Stopline, a confidential, independent provider of reporting services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or this website. It is also important to remember our program enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire. Stopline is available to all Tennis employees and contractors and translation services can be provided if requested.

As well as the disclosure process, the website provides access to Tennis’ Code of Conduct, Sexual Harassment Policy, Inclusion, Diversity and Personal Safety policy and Grievance Resolution Policy and Procedure, and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions for your reference. Ensuring our workplace remains free from bullying and harassment is of the highest importance and we take all allegations of such conduct extremely seriously.
